This community is for those generally interested in the macabre of life, in specific the works of Tim Burton (the Father), Johnny Depp (the Son), and Danny Elfman (the Holy Spirit).

Though it may sound like a fan-girly institution, there should be an interest in discussing the artistic works of all three in an intelligent manner. Here are the rules, set forth by me, moderator, and, for the purpose of this community, the "Priestess":

To note: any rule breakers will immediately be reprimanded with the feared Wet Noodle Of Doom©

1. Use complete sentences. 'L337' speak and OMG WTF?! are not appropriate. Though there may be exceptions, but if your whole post consists of many many consonants and few vowels, all in caps lock, you're probably going to be beat with said Wet Noodle Of Doom©.

2. Please stay relatively on topic. Remember; Burton/Depp/Elfman in specific, Morbid Curiosity in general. If you start blabbing on about unicorns and cotton candy, be prepared for a visit from Wet Noodle of Doom©.

3. Play nice! No flames! There will be differences of opinoin, and miscomunitcations, but lets try to keep everything in perspective! If you cannot nicely solve the problem yourselves, I shall try to intervene, but if I have to let loose the Wet Noodle Of Doom©, you shall not be shown mercy!

4. I love pictures, so post away! but be realistic; not everyone has quick connections. One picture allowed outside of a cut, and please list number of pictures under a cut. If you don't comply, Wet Noodle Of Doom©, blah blah you get the picture (no pun intended).

5. Have fun! This is not a seriously religious community, so don't feel the need to erect a golden statue of Burton anytime soon. Do intend discuss, gossip, and applaud the work of these three fine gentlemen and their contemporaries (and perhaps some not-so-contemporaries)! If you're not having fun, I'll have to whip out the Wet Noodle Of Doom© on you!!

I absolutely love IMDB! It is an amazing wealth of movie knowledge. If you're ever stumped about who played what, search on IMDB. They're also great for up-to-date information about movies in production. I'm considering paying for the uber-deluxe edition! If anyone has that, let me know what you think! :-)
